At the beginning of 2019, I read a book that changed my life. It literally made me re-evaluate so many things in my life. That book was The Ultimate Life: The Journey to Inner Peace by Sadhguru. This self-help book is written from the perspective of an Indian mystic, a sort of guru who has devoted his life to journeys of enlightenment.
